摘 要:微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)可用的原料广泛,其广泛应用为可再生能源的开发和难降解废物的处理提供了一条新途径。介绍了MFC的原理,并结合其发展趋势阐述了MFC影响因素,具体包括电池构型、底物种类、电极材料和阳极微生物。此外,综述了近些年的MFC应用进展,具体涵盖污水处理、MFC与其他技术耦合以及MFC生物传感器等领域。最后展望了MFC发展的主要方向,包括对传统交换膜进行改造,或寻求膜替代材料;开发具有低电阻、抗腐蚀、高孔隙率以及高比表面积的新型阳极材料;加强MFC与其他技术耦合以及改善MFC传感器响应时间和灵敏度等措施。可为今后MFC技术的研究和应用提供参考。The wide range of raw materials available for microbial fuel cells( MFC),provides great potential for the development of renewable energy and treatment of refractory waste. MFC has certain practical significance for mitigating energy shortage. This article firstly introduced the principle of MFC;combined with its development trend,the factors affecting performance of MFC were described, including battery configuration, substrate types, electrode materials and anode microorganisms. In addition,the progress of MFC application in recent years was reviewed,including wastewater treatment,MFC-coupling technologies,and MFC biosensors. Finally,the main direction of MFC development was also discussed and proposed as follows: 1) modify the traditional exchange membrane or to find membrane replacement materials;2) develop new anode materials with low resistance,corrosion resistance,high porosity and high specific surface area;3) strengthen the coupling of MFC with other technologies and measures to improve MFC sensor response time and sensitivity.
