饲粮不同营养水平对小尾寒羊泌乳性能及生殖激素的影响

摘　　要：为了选出青海省乐都区小尾寒羊泌乳期最佳饲粮营养水平,选用体重(50.17±4.52)kg、体况、胎次相近且有产羔记录的双羔小尾寒羊母羊60只,随机分为3组,每组分别饲喂不同营养水平饲粮(A组为1.0×NRC、B组为0.8×NRC、C组为1.2×NRC),测定3组母羊泌乳量、乳成分以及第40天血液生殖激素。结果表明:3组母羊的平均泌乳量差异不显著(P>0.05),在0~60d内母羊平均泌乳量以及脂肪、非脂乳固体、蛋白、乳糖含量和密度C组均较高于其他两组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);3组试验母羊均在第30天达到泌乳高峰,C组的脂肪、非脂乳固体、蛋白及乳糖含量均显著高于B组(P<0.05),与A组差异不显著(P>0.05)在母羊泌乳第40天时,C组的促乳素、褪黑素含量均高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在C组营养水平下,母羊产奶量及乳成分含量最高,各组泌乳高峰期均出现在泌乳期第30天。C组营养水平更有利于小尾寒羊泌乳,调节小尾寒羊母羊的发情。In order to determine the optimal fodder nutrition level of Small Tailed Han sheep (Ovis aries) at lactation period in Ledu district of Qinghai, 60 Small Tailed Han sheep ewes with similar body weight(50. 17 ±4. 52) kg,body condition,fetal time an double lambing records were chosen, and randomly divided into three groups. Each group were fed with different nutrition level fodder (group A is 1.0 × NRC , group B is 0.8 × NRC , group C is 1.2 × NRC ). The milk production, milk composition and 40th day blood reproductive hormones were measured. The results showed that the average lactation volume of ewes in the 3 groups was not significant( P >0. 05 ), and no differences were detected on the average lactation volume,fat,non - fat milk solids,protein,lactose content and density of the three groups within 0 - 60 days( P > 0. 05). All the ewe in the three groups reached the lactation peak on the 30th day,and the content of fat,non - fat milk solids,protein and lactose in group C was significantly higher than that in group B( P < 0. 05) but not significantly different from that in group A( P > 0. 05). At the 40th day of ewe lactation,prolactin and melatonin contents in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(P <0. 05). In conclusion,under the nutrition level of group C ,the milk yield and milk composition of ewe were the highest,and the lactation peak of each group appeared on the 30th day of lactation period. The nutrition level of group C is more conducive to the lactation of Small Tailedhan sheep and regulate the ewe estrus of Small Tailed Han sheep.
