摘  要:针对大量分布式电源接入配电网以及用户对供电可靠性要求不断提高的问题,提出了一种基于5G无线通信的配电网拓扑自适应差动保护技术。该技术运用5G无线通信低延时、高带宽的特点,采用采样点插值同步法,实现故障的精确定位与隔离,有效地减少了终端运维的工作量,为配电网自动处理故障提供了新方向。为验证所提出的配电网自适应差动保护技术,在5G示范工程进行了通信性能测试、差动保护业务测试。除目前外场环境下不具备测试条件的测试项以外,其他所有测试项的结果均符合预期。Aiming at the problem that a large number of distributed power supply access distribution networks and users’ requirements for power supply reliability are continuously improved,a topology adaptive differential protection technology for distribution network based on 5 G wireless communication is proposed.The technology utilizes the characteristics of lowlatency and high-bandwidth of 5 G wireless communication,and adopts the sampling point interpolation synchronization method to achieve accurate positioning and isolation of faults,effectively reduces the workload of terminal operation and maintenance,and provides a new direction for automatic fault handling in the distribution network.In order to verify the proposed adaptive differential protection technology for distribution network,the communication performance test and differential protection service test were carried out in the 5 G demonstration project.Except for the current test items that do not have test conditions in the field environment,the results of all other test items are in line with expectations.
