综合性三甲医院药学咨询门诊现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的对药物咨询门诊工作的开展情况进行调查,为完善药学咨询门诊工作提供参考。方法采用现场问卷调查的方法,共收集800份有效调查问卷,并对结果进行统计分析。结果药学咨询门诊总体知晓率为35.88%,性别、文化程度对药学咨询门诊知晓率,无统计学差异意义;年龄、身份可影响药学咨询门诊知晓率,≥60岁人群与医护人员药学咨询门诊的知晓率最高;咨询需求类型,其中以用法与用量最高占33.13%,其次是不良反应与用药安全性占23.38%;咨询途径,现场答疑为主占57.63%,其次是互联网+占21.75%,第三是电话访谈占7.63%。结论药学咨询门诊知晓率偏低,而大众对药学咨询需求量较大,涉及面广,解决途径较多。进一步推广药物咨询门诊工作势在必行。Objective To investigate and improve the status of pharmaceutical consultation in the clinic. Methods A total of 800 effective investigations were surveyed via a field questionnaire. Then the results were analyzed statistically. Results The awareness rate of pharmaceutical consulting clinic was 35.88%, there was no significant difference between sex and culture degree in the awareness rate,while it was closed with age and identity,and was higher of older people(age ≥ 60). Consultation type of demand,which accounted for 33.13% of usage and dosage,followed by adverse reactions and medication safety(23.38%):consultation ways:on-site Q&A accounted for 57.63%, followed by Internet+(21.75%),and telephone interview accounted for 7.63%. Conclusion The awareness rate of pharmaceutical consultation clinics was low,while the public demand of which is large and involve a wide range of pharmacy knowledge and many other solutions. Therefore,it is necessary to promote the consultation work in the furture.
