摘　　要：目的通过文献统计分析,总结中医药治疗心房颤动患者的中医证型、中药使用规律。方法检索1997年1月-2017年12月期间各数据库中涉及心房颤动中医证候及中药治疗研究文献,对纳入文献中的中医证型、中药使用进行频次统计。结果心房颤动出现频次较高的证型为气阴两虚、气虚血瘀、痰热扰心、心阳虚血瘀。文献共出现中药106味,频次前5位的依次为炙甘草、麦冬、丹参、五味子、黄芪。结论心房颤动中医证型具有本虚标实、虚实夹杂的证候特点,气阴两虚和气虚血瘀是最常见的中医证候。用药多以补虚为主,兼以活血化瘀、安神等品。Objective To summarize the TCM syndromes of patients with atrial fibrillation treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the rule of using TCM through literature statistical analysis. Methods Literatures on TCM syndromes and treatment of atrial fibrillation in databases from January 1997 to December 2017 were retrieved. Frequencies of TCM syndromes and use of TCM were counted. Results The higher frequency of atrial fibrillation were Qi-Yin deficiency, Qi-deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm-heat disturbing heart, Heart-yang deficiency and blood stasis. There are 106 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in the literature. The first five kinds of herbs are roasted licorice, Ophiopogon japonicus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Schisandra chinensis and Astragalus membranaceus. Conclusion The TCM syndromes of atrial fibrillation have the characteristics of essential empty and out solid, and the mixture of deficiency and excess, deficiency of both Qi and Yin and deficiency of Qi and blood stasis are the most common TCM syndromes. Most of the medicines are tonifying deficiency, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tranquilizing the mind and so on.
