摘　　要：李冬云教授从医30余年,在全国血液肿瘤界具有一定的影响力。她认为恶性肿瘤的发生发展与中医脾胃功能失调有着密切关系,正气亏虚是恶性肿瘤发生的根本,脾胃之气亏虚又最为关键,尤其强调"有胃气则生"理论对恶性肿瘤中医治疗遣方用药的重要性,认为顾护胃气、健脾和胃,改善恶性肿瘤患者复杂的临床症状,保证患者基本的基本生活质量是恶性肿瘤治疗的前提和关键,调治胃气是恶性肿瘤辨证施治的基本出发点,并且李教授独创了治疗恶性肿瘤的"健胃气"五法。此五法包括"益气和胃法、理气和胃法、滋阴益胃法、化痰和胃法、化瘀和胃法",并在文章中分别列举5个典型案例来说明李教授的辨证用药思路和她多年的治疗经验。Professor Li Dongyun has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years and has certain influence in the national hematology and oncology field. She believes that the occurrence and development of malignant tumors is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach of Chinese medicine. Zheng-Qi deficiency is the foundation of the occurrence of malignant tumors, especially the deficiency of stomach-Qi. Professor Li emphasizes the importance of the theory of "where is stomachQi, where is live" for the Chinese medicine prescription of malignant tumors. She thinks that protecting stomach-Qi improving the complex clinical symptoms and the basic quality of life of the patients are the premise and the key to the treatment of the patients with malignant tumors. Regulating stomach-Qi is the basic starting point of the pattern identification and treatment of malignant tumors. Professor Li created the five methods of "strengthening the spleen-Qi" for the treatment of malignant tumors. The methods include "Yiqi Hewei method, Liqi Hewei method, Ziyin Yiwei method, Huayu Hewei method, and Huatan Hewei method". Five typical cases are cited in the article to illustrate Professor Li’s thoughts of syndrome differentiation and her years of treatment experience.
