补虚通痹汤对改善胸痹患者临床症状的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补虚通痹汤改善"胸痹"患者胸闷和气短症状的效果。方法选择收治"胸痹"患者120例,所有患者均于2018年1月-2018年12月在本院接受治疗,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=60)和常规组(n=60)。常规组应用单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,实验组同时应用补虚通痹汤治疗,观察两组胸闷气短等症状改善情况、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、心电图疗效、沉细迟脉象比例、舌质紫暗比例。结果实验组心电图总有效率显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。实验组胸闷总有效率、气短总有效率、乏力总有效率、腰酸总有效率均显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后实验组心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间均显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组脉象沉细迟比例、舌质紫暗比例对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后实验组脉象沉细迟比例、舌质紫暗比例均显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论在"胸痹"患者治疗中应用补虚通痹汤效果显著,其能够有效减少心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,明显改善胸闷、气短等临床症状,具有较高推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of Buxu Tongbi Decoction on improving the symptoms of chest tightness and shortness of breath in patients with chest arthralgia due to non-Yin deficiency. Methods 120 patients with chest arthralgia due to non-Yin deficiency treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into experimental group(n =60) and conventionalgroup(n =60) by random number table. The conventional group was treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets, while the experimental group was treated with Buxu Tongbi Decoction. The improvement of clinical symptoms, frequency of angina attack, duration of angina, electrocardiogram the pulse-string slip ratio and the tongue mass purple-dark ratio of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of electrocardiogram of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of palpitation, shortness of breath, fatigue and lumbar acid in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the frequency and duration of angina attack between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina attack in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the pulse-string slip ratio and the tongue mass purple-dark ratio between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment, the pulse-string slip ratio and the tongue mass purple-dark ratio in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of Buxu Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of chest arthralgia due to non-Yin deficiency has significant effect. It can effectively reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack, significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as chest
