联合检测在糖尿病肾病中的诊断作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A、胱抑素C与尿白蛋白/肌酐比值联合检测在糖尿病肾病中的诊断作用分析。方法选择从2018年1月-2018年12月收治的糖尿病肾病患者50例作为研究对象,命名为研究组;另选取同时间段来院常规体检的自愿者者50例作为研究对象,命名为对照组;两组研究对象均接受血清淀粉样蛋白A、胱抑素C与尿白蛋白/肌酐比值联合检测,并对检测结果作比较分析。结果研究组的血清淀粉样蛋白A为(18.20±2.25)mg/L,胱抑素C为(1.60±0.30)mg/L,尿白蛋白/肌酐比值为(99.10±12.35) mg/μmol,均显著低于对照组的(2.40±0.85) mg/L、(0.50±0.20)mg/L、(5.55±1.63) mg/μmol,差异有统计学意义(t=37.736 6,17.525 8,43.140 4,P <0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病中应用血清淀粉样蛋白A、胱抑素C与尿白蛋白/肌酐比值联合检测的诊断作用确切。Objective To investigate the diagnostic effects of serum amyloid A, cystatin C and urine albumin/creatinine in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects and named as the research group. In addition, 50 volunteers who came to the hospital for routine medical examination during the same period of time were selected as the subjects and named control group. The ratio of serum amyloid A, cystatin C and urine albumin/creatinine were measured by the two groups, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The serum amyloid A of the study group was(18.20 ± 2.25) mg/L, cystatin C was(1.60± 0.30) mg/L, and urine albumin/creatinine ratio was(99.10 ±12.35) mg/μmol, All were significantly lower than the control group(2.40 ± 0.85) mg/L,(0.50 ± 0.20) mg/L,(5.55 ± 1.63) mg/μmol, the difference was statistically significant(t = 37.736 6, 17.525 8, 43.140 4,P < 0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic effect of serum amyloid A,cystatin C and urine albumin/creatinine ratio was accurate in early diabetic nephropathy.
