环节质量控制在血液透析室医院感染管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析环节质量控制在血液透析室医院感染管理工作中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月-2018年6月期间本院两个血透室收治的200例患者作为实验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照、实验组,且2组各选入100例,对照组采用常规质量控制管理,实验组采用环节质量控制管理,对比2组患者的护理满意度、医院感染率、不良事件发生率及感染控制效果。结果与对照组(85.00%)比较,实验组患者的护理总满意度(96.00%)升高,P <0.05;与对照组(21.00%)比较,实验组患者的医院感染率(4.00%)降低,P <0.05;与对照组(22.00%)比较,实验组患者的不良事件发生率降低(5.00%),P <0.05;与对照组比较,实验组患者的感染控制效果显著提升,P <0.05。结论针对血透室患者采用环节质量控制,在提升护理满意度的同时降低不良事件发生率,减少医院感染率,提升感染控制效果,临床借鉴价值高。Objective To analyze the application effect of link quality control in hospital infection management in hemodialysis room. Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to the two hemodialysis rooms from June2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control and experimental groups according to the order of admission,and 100 patients were selected in each group. The group used routine quality control management, and the experimental group used the link quality control management to compare the nursing satisfaction, hospital infection rate, adverse event rate and infection control effect of the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group(85.00%), the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group(96.00%) increased, P< 0.05. Compared with the control group(21.00%), the hospital infection rate(4.00%) decreased in the experimental group. P < 0.05;compared with the control group(22.00%), the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group decreased(5.00%), P < 0.05;compared with the control group, the infection control effect of the experimental group was significantly improved, P < 0.05. Conclusion The use of quality control in patients with hemodialysis rooms can improve the satisfaction rate of nursing while reducing the incidence of adverse events, reduce the hospital infection rate, improve the infection control effect, and have high clinical reference value.
