摘  要:目的研究分析p-ERK在复发性鼻息肉组织中的表达及其意义。方法此次研究的标本是选择自2018年1月-2018年6月于黑龙江省医院医院耳鼻喉科行鼻内镜手术的患者74例,按照不同病情分为三组。采用免疫荧光及Western blot法检测对三组患者进行检测。对比三组p-ERK2的表达结果。结果正常鼻黏膜组:p-ERK2主要表达在腺上皮细胞和炎症细胞的细胞核。鼻息肉组和复发性鼻息肉组:p-ERK2主要表达在增生的上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、炎症细胞的细胞核。三组结果有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论抑制p-ERK2的激活可能为临床工作中治疗鼻息肉提供新的思路和方向。Objective To study the expression and significance of p-ERK in recurrent nasal polyps. Methods From January 2018 to June 2018, 74 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in Otolaryngology Department of Heilongjiang Hospital were selected and divided intothree groups according to different conditions. Immunofluorescence was used to detect the three groups. The expression of p-ERK2 in three groups was compared. Results In normal nasal mucosa group, p-ERK2 was mainly expressed in the nuclei of glandular epithelial cells and inflammatory cells. In nasal polyp group and recurrent nasal polyp group, p-ERK2 was mainly expressed in the nuclei of proliferated epithelial cells, glandular epithelial cells and inflammatory cells. There were significant differences among the three groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Inhibiting the activation of p-ERK2 may provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of nasal polyps in clinical work.
