摘  要:设计了一种无线石墨烯电热膜加热器.该系统以石墨烯电热膜为加热源,以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,基于SIM900A的GSM模块和蓝牙通信模块,利用手机可以实现无线温度控制.实验测试结果表明,每平方米面积的石墨烯电热膜可以为4.0 m^3体积的室内环境供暖.将环境温度从15℃加热到20℃只用了1.94 min.该系统可实时检测温度,并且能够远程控温和报警,提供了一种节能、环保、智能、安全于一体的新的室内供暖方式.In this paper,a wireless graphene electrothermal film heater was designed.The wireless temperature control was realized by mobile phone with SIM900 A GSM module and Bluetooth communication module when a graphene electrothermal film was used as the heating source and STC12 C5 A60 S2 MCU was used as the control core.The experimental results show that the graphene electrothermal film per square metre area can be used to heat the indoor environment of 4.0 m^3 volume.It takes only 1.94 minutes to heat the ambient temperature from 15 ℃ to 20 ℃.The system can detect temperature in real time,and control temperature and alarm remotely.It provides a new indoor heating mode which integrates energy saving,environmental protection,intelligence and safety.
