摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制得兼具吸附和催化性能的新型复合催化剂活性炭/TiO2。考察了不同吸附材料、形状、辐射照度等条件下对甲醛净化效果的影响。结果表明,活性炭在负载TiO2后吸附效果有所加强,负载不会影响活性炭本身的吸附效果,同等工况下,球状催化剂比粉状催化剂降解效率好,球状催化剂用UV-340型紫外灯在辐射照度18.5μW/cm^2工况下照射3h,甲醛降解率达到84.9%。The activated carbon/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method,which made the material have both adsorption and catalytic properties.The effects of different adsorption materials,shapes,light intensity and other conditions on the purification of formaldehyde were investigated.The results show that the adsorption effect of activated carbon is enhanced after loading TiO2,and the loading will not affect the adsorption effect of activated carbon.The spherical catalyst has better degradation efficiency than the powder catalyst under the same working conditions;when the catalyst is exposed to formaldehyde for 3 h under the condition of 18.5μW/cm^2.The degradation rate reached 84.9%.
