摘 要:生活污水用壳聚糖及其衍生物CTS、CMC、HACC、QCMC以及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)处理,考察絮凝剂的投加量、体系pH、温度对浊度和COD去除率的影响。结果表明,絮凝效果依次为:QCMC>HACC>CMC>CTS>CPAM,各絮凝剂使用的最佳条件为,CMC、HACC和QCMC投加量为8mg/L,水体pH为6,水温在40℃时,浊度去除率为99.2%,COD去除率为76.5%。羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐(QCMC)与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)复配比例m(QCMC)∶m(PFS)=1∶5,水温30℃,pH为6,投加量为6mg/L时,COD去除率99.9%,浊度去除率95.8%,效果最佳。与单剂使用相比,絮凝剂投加量减少,COD去除率提高了0.7%,浊度去除率提高了25.2%。Chitosan(CTS),carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC),chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HACC),carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(QCMC)and commercially available flocculant cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)compares the flocculation effect of domestic sewage.The flocculation conditions of each floc were discussed by investigating the turbidity and COD index after flocculation of domestic sewage.The results showed that the flocculation effect is:QCMC>HACC>CMC>CTS>CPAM,the preferred flocculation conditions for CMC,HACC and QCMC were as follows:the dosage was 8 mg/L,the flocculation pH was 6,and the flocculation temperature was 40℃.Under these conditions,the turbidity removal rate was above 99.2%.The COD removal rate was above 76.5%.The QCMC was compounded with polyferric sulfate(PFS).The application conditions of the compound system were discussed.The results showed that the flocculation temperature was 30℃,the flocculation system pH was 6,and m(QCMC)∶m(PFS)was 1∶5,COD removal rate was 99.9%,the turbidity removal rate was 95.8%,the effect was best,under the condition of 6 mg/L of floc dosage,and the COD removal rate increased by 0.7%,the turbidity removal rate increased by 25.2%compared with QCMC single agent.
