摘 要:以磺酸和氧化镁为原料合成高碱值磺酸镁润滑油清净剂,考察了氧化镁、促进剂甲醇和氨水、水的加入量以及二氧化碳通入速率和通入量等因素对产品性能的影响。结果表明,各因素其中氧化镁和溶剂水的加入量影响最大。确定该工艺的较佳合成条件为:氧化镁加入量24g,甲醇加入量18mL,氨水和水加入量分别为3mL和10mL,二氧化碳通入速率和通入量分别为120mL/min和18L。较佳条件下合成的高碱值磺酸镁清净剂的总碱值为290mg(KOH)/g、运动粘度为130mm^2/s。Nanoscale lubricanting oil magnesium metal detergent with high alkaline which is prepared by using sulfonic acid and magnesium oxide(MgO)as the main raw material was preliminarily studied.The influence of the input quantity of raw materials,the amount of additives,the amount of the solvent,the amount of carbon dioxide and the rate of input were investigated in respects of product performance.The best synthetic conditions of the technology were determined:The amount of magnesium oxide added was 24 g,the quantity addition of CH 3OH being 18 mL,the quantity addition of NH 4OH being 3 mL,the quantity addition of H2O being 10 mL,the flow rate of carbon dioxide and the rate of entry are 18 L and 120 mL/min,respectively.Under these conditions,the alkali value can be prepared as 290 mgKOH/g,and the activity viscosity is 130 mm^2/s.
