摘  要:以石墨为原料,经氧化、还原后,与丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸进行聚合改性,制备改性石墨烯(G-PAM-PAA),并与温敏聚氨酯(PU)共混,制备温敏聚氨酯/改性石墨烯复合膜,研究了复合膜的转变温度、微观结构及透湿性。结果表明,在低浓度下G-PAM-PAA纳米颗粒在PU中具有很好的分散性,且复合膜的转变温度随G-PAM-PAA含量的增加而降低。在相同的环境湿度和温度下,复合膜的透湿性随G-PAM-PAA含量的增加而提高,而随着环境温度的提高,复合膜的透湿性增加。Graphene-PAM-PAA(G-PAM-PAA)was synthesized by acrylamide,acrylic acid and graphene firstly,and polyurethane/graphene-PAM-PAA composite membrane was then prepared through blending by using thermo-sensitive polyurethane and G-PAM-PAA.The glass transition temperature,microstructure and moisture-penetrability of the composites were investigated.The results show that G-PAM-PAA nanoparticles with a good dispersion in polyurethane.Tg of the composite materials decreased with the G-PAM-PAA content increasing.Moisture-penetrability of composite materials increased with the G-PAM-PAA content increasing,meanwhile,it increased with the moisture temperature increasing,which indicated that the composite membranes have the thermo-sensitivity responsiveness,which is higher than PU.
