摘 要:沿面闪络是导致高频变压器绕组匝间绝缘失效的主要原因之一。通过搭建气-固高频沿面放电实验平台,选取Nomex绝缘纸、改性DMD绝缘纸、PET聚酯薄膜及聚酰亚胺薄膜作为研究对象,在高频电源电压为0~20kV、频率为1~20kHz的双极性方波电压下开展实验研究。采用双参数Weibull统计法分析放电间距对沿面闪络电压的影响规律,基于二次电子发射雪崩(SEEA)模型分析起始放电电压、闪络电压随频率的变化规律,并提出适用于绝缘材料沿面绝缘寿命估算的反幂函数模型,最后对以上四种匝间绝缘材料在高频高压下的沿面绝缘特性进行综合性评估。Flashover is one of the main reasons for inter-turn insulation failures of high-frequency transformers.In order to investigate the surface discharge characteristics of insulation materials,an experimental platform with high frequency power source was built.The high frequency surface discharge tests with Nomex paper,modified DMD paper,PET film and polyimide film under 0~20kV,1~20kHz of bipolar square wave voltage were performed.The two-parameter Weibull statistic method was used to analyze the influence of the discharge gap on flashover voltages.Based on the secondary electron emission avalanche(SEEA)model,the variation of incipient discharge voltage and flashover voltage with frequency was analyzed.An inverse power function model for estimating the surface insulation lifetime was proposed.Finally,the surface discharge characteristics of insulation materials under high-frequency high-voltage were comprehensively evaluated.
