摘  要:针对左拔矿区南组属难采的密集型矿脉带,根据其复杂的开采技术条件,优化选择中深孔崩矿崩落法开采,确定了采场结构、工程布置和工艺流程,优先考虑排距、孔底距等影响爆破效果的主要参数,控制矿石爆破大块率,提高采装运效率,降低损失与贫化率,使矿石成本比原留矿法更低。在复杂空区群下实现了采矿方法转型,为充分利用不可再生的宝贵资源,奠定了坚实基础,对类似矿山具有借鉴意义。In regard to the difficulties and complex conditions for intensive metal veins mining in south part of Zuoba mining area,mid-deep hole caving mining method is selected.Stope structure,engineering arrangement pattern and technological processes are determined.Main parameters,such as the space and distance from the hole-bottom,which influence blasting effect are optimized.Its ore production cost is lower than that of original shrinkage method by controlling explosive specific charge,improving the efficiency of mining,ore-drawing as well as transport,and reducing loss and depletion rates.The transformation of mining method is achieved under the complex empty cluster,which makes a solid foundation for making full use of non-renewable and valuable resources.It's also a useful reference for similar mines.
