摘 要:为了识别行星轮均匀磨损故障引起的连带故障,并分析其在多级齿轮箱系统中的传递特性,采用集中参数法建立多级齿轮传动系统纯扭转动力学模型,用牛顿-欧拉方法导出振动微分方程,并用数值积分法求得各级齿轮啮合部位的理论振动响应;结合ARX模型,获得正常及单个行星轮均匀磨损2种状态下的理论振动响应从啮合点传至齿轮箱体表面测点的传递函数估计。分析结果表明:398Hz、796Hz是行星轮均匀磨损故障引起的连带故障频率,其特征随传递路径变化而变化;距离故障点近的测点具有更丰富的连带故障特征。In order to identify the joint fault caused by uniform wear of planetary gear,and analyze its transfer feature in a multi-stage gearbox system,the purely torsional dynamics model of the multi-stage gear transmission system is carried out by using lumped parameter method.The vibration differential equation is drived by using Newton-Euler method,and the theoretical vibration responses of gear meshing of all stages are obtained by using numerical integration.And combining with the ARX model,the signal transfer functions of theoretical vibration responses from meshing points to measuring points on the surface of the gearbox under normal condition and uniform wear fault condition are estimated.The analytical results show that 398 Hz and 796 Hz are the joint fault frequencies,their features vary with transmission path.The measurement point which close to the fault point has more abundant joint fault features.
