摘 要:在大连东港被原油污染的潮间带筛选出一株能在低温胁迫下产生物表面活性剂的石油降解菌,命名为DG-1。通过16SrRNA基因测序方法鉴定该菌株为盐单胞菌。在4℃的低温下,经过15、30、60d的降解培养后,分别有14%、41%和58%的原油被该菌株降解。菌株DG-1可利用柴油和原油为碳源产生物表面活性剂,其中以柴油为唯一碳源时发酵液的表面张力可降低至32.4mN/m。薄层色谱和红外光谱实验结果表明所产的表面活性剂为糖脂类表面活性剂。One biosurfactant-producing petroleum degrading stain was isolated under low temperature stress from oil-contaminated intertidal zone,named DG-1.Strain DG-1 was identified as genera Halomonas based on 16S rRNA gene sequence.After 15,30 and 60 d of incubation,the crude oil biodegradation efficiencies were14%、41%and 58%,respectively.Strain DG-1 produce biosurfactant by using diesel oil and crude oil as the sole carbon source,and the surface tension of fermentation liquid could be dropped to 32.4 mN/m.The results of thin-layer chromatography infrared spectroscopy showed that the biosurfactant produced by stain DG-1 was glycolipid.
