低强度超声促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧的随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价低强度超声促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧的有效性、安全性及影响因素。方法采用随机对照单中心临床研究,将四川省遂宁市中心医院足月孕剖宫产产妇分为治疗组(超声治疗)和对照组(超声假照),比较两组产妇宫高变化、恶露情况及子宫复旧不良发生率,并对其安全性进行评估。结果治疗组和对照组产妇宫底下降指数分别为(16.30±4.83)%和(15.13±8.87)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产妇在宫底下降、恶露持续时间、子宫复旧不良发生率方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低强度超声可促进剖宫产产妇术后子宫的复旧。Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and influencing factors of low intensity ultrasound in promoting uterine involution after cesarean section.Methods A randomized controlled single-center clinical study was conducted.The full-term cesarean section in this hospital from October 2017 to April 2018 were divided into the treatment group(ultrasound treatment)and the control group(ultrasound false photos).The uterine height changes,lochia and the incidence of uterine retro in the two groups were compared,and the safety of low-intensity ultrasound for uterine involution after cesarean section was evaluated.Results The decline index of fundus uteri in the two groups was(16.30±4.83)%and(15.13±8.87)%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine height the treatment group decreased significantly when compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the end time of hemorrhagic lochia and serous in the two groups(P<0.05).The duration of lochia in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.The poor involution rate of uterine in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-intensity ultrasound can promote uterine involution after cesarean section.
