南阳市大学生对痤疮的认知及痤疮对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的了解南阳市大学生对痤疮的认知及痤疮对生活质量的影响。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取南阳市大学生共1453名,采用问卷调查其对痤疮的认知及痤疮对生活质量的影响。结果共1247名学生完成问卷,问卷有效回收率为85.8%。844名学生曾患或现患痤疮(病例组),痤疮总患病率为67.7%,男生和女生的患病率分别为66.9%、68.4%。病例组对痤疮的认知,与对照组(非痤疮患者)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组选择自己处理者占53.7%,选择医院治疗者占13.5%,84.4%曾有过抠挤痤疮的不当行为。痤疮对情感功能、社会功能、容貌的影响在两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南阳市大学生对痤疮正确认识相对不足,痤疮降低了大学生生活质量,需要积极开展健康教育。Objective To nderstand the knowledge of acne and the impact of acne on quality of life in college students in Nanyang City.Methods A total of 1 453 college students from Nanyang City were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method.The questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of acne and the impact of acne on quality of life of these college students.Results A total of 1 247 students completed the questionnaire,and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 85.8%.A total of 844 students had or suffered from acne(the case group),the total prevalence of acne was 67.7%,and the prevalence rate of male and female students was 66.9%and 68.4%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the cognition between the case group and the control group(non-acne patients)(P>0.05).In the case group,53.7%had chosen to be treated by themselves,13.5%had chosen hospital treatment,and 84.4%had misconduct of acne.The effects of acne on emotional function,social function and appearance were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The college students in Nanyang City have relatively poor understanding of acne.Suffering from acne reduces the quality of life in college students,which suggests it is necessary to carry out health education actively.
