清水江山林管护文书的分类及其与人工营林周期的关联性探究

摘　　要：目前整理出版的清水江文书中包含大量以山林管护为内容的文书,全面地反映了林业生产管护的周期过程,但学界对此类文书的研究和整理尚显不足,未能形成一个统一的分类标准。以林业生产管护周期为线索,清水江山林管护文书按照其内容和性质可分为租佃契约、买卖契约、分山契约、官方法令与民间习惯法、其他五大类。对其进行分类和整理,是进一步推动研究清水江文书中山林管护相关问题的前提和基础。At present,there are a large number of documents on mountain forest management in the documents of Qingshui River,which comprehensively reflects the periodic process of artificial forest cultivation.However,the academic research and collation of such documents are still insufficient,and a unified classification standard has not been formed.Based on the period of forestry production and management,mountain forest management documents in Qingshui River can be divided into five categories in terms of contents and characteristics,including tenancy contract,sale contract,mountain forest dividing contract,government ordinance and customary law,and etc.To classify and organize them is the basis and premise for further research on the issues related to forest management and protection in the Qingshui River documents.
