摘  要:针对推力室身部零件特殊的薄壁回转体结构,应用激光扫描测量方式进行非接触式测量,可避免常规接触式测量的接触力引起接触变形所产生测量误差。本文探索应用激光扫描测量,通过反射法对内腔及遮挡类结构进行单站测量,避免了传统扫描测量中因"移站"带来的坐标转化误差,研究分析了该工艺方法的原理,并通过实际零件测量验证,有效解决推力室身部零件内腔测量问题。反射法激光扫描测量方式可推广应用至其他类似大尺寸薄壁结构件的形位尺寸测量。According to the special thin-walled rotating body structure of the thrust chamber parts,the laser scanning measurement method is applied to the non-contact measurement to avoid the measurement error caused by the contact deformation caused by the contact force in the conventional contact measurement. The cavity structure or parts’ blocked can be measured by using reflection method. The inaccuracy that was generated in the coordinates exchanging can be avoided due to single station mode. In this paper,analyzes the process methods. And this method can be certificated though actual parts measurement experiments. The measurement problem of thrust chamber parts is solved effectively. Reflection laser scanning measurement method can be extended to other similar large-size thin-wall parts.
