构建我国安全产业经济运行分析指标体系的思考

摘　　要：随着人民群众安全需求的日益迫切和工业经济转型升级压力增大,发展安全产业成为各地寻求"解题思路"的新途径。我国安全产业发展尚属起步阶段,目前还未有安全产业经济运行相关研究。为推动安全产业健康持续发展,提高人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感,探索构建一套包含创新驱动、结构优化、集聚发展、发展水平、两化融合等五大类指标的安全产业经济运行分析指标体系。进一步,提出了对策建议:重视安全产业统计工作,加快制定具体统计办法;加强安全产业统计数据的质量检测和实时更新;力求从多个角度全面衡量安全产业发展情况。With the increasing urgency of people’s security needs and the increasing pressure of industrial economic transformation and upgrading,the development of safety industry has become a new way for all regions to seek "solutions to problems".The development of China’s security industry is still in its infancy,and there is no relevant research on the economic operation of the security industry.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry and improve the sense of acquisition,happiness and security of the people,a set of economic operation analysis index system of the safety industry is explored and constructed,which includes five kinds of indicators:innovation-driven,structural optimization,agglomeration development,development level and integration of two modernizations,in order to guide the development of the safety industry.Further,three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:attaching importance to the statistical work of the safety industry,speeding up the formulation of specific statistical methods,strengthening the quality detection and real-time updating of the statistical data of the safety industry,and comprehensively measuring the development of the safety industry from various angles to speed up the establishment and improvement of the economic operation analysis index system of the safety industry.
