摘 要:随着土地从粗放型向着集约化发展,三维地籍的建立势在必行,与之配套的三维产权证,对于三维地籍产权登记不可或缺。文中清晰阐述了三维地籍产权登记对象即三维产权体的概念;以传统房地产证为例分析了二维地籍产权证的设计现状,进而归纳得到地籍产权证的设计目的,并进一步提出三维地籍产权证的设计原则;遵从以上原则具体阐述三维产权证的内容,设计一种C/S架构制作和B/S架构发布相结合的三维地籍电子产权证,并以深圳市几宗三维产权体为实例给予具体构建。With the 3D development and utilization of land space, 3D cadastre becomes an inexorable trend to suit the transform of land development from intensive manner to extensive manner.Thus, 3D property certificate is needed in the process of its property registration.This paper, with the definition of the concept about 3D property unit, presents the 3D property registration, analyzes the traditional design of 2D cadastre property certificate in order to deduce the purpose of design, and gives the principles and contents of design.A 3D electronic property certificate model based on C/S and B/S is provided with real cases in Shenzhen City.
