摘 要:针对大孔径深孔加工的难加工性和TC4材料的难切削性,优化确定加工系统类型和钻头的不同几何参数。根据选择的几何参数,对套料钻头进行三维建模,并用ANSYS有限元软件分析钻头的受力集中部位和钻杆的模态频率。结合有限元分析的结果进行深孔套料试验,试验结果表明:加工孔内壁精度高,排屑良好。为TC4钛合金的大直径深孔套料提供了切实有效的刀具几何参数和加工系统。For the difficulty of large-aperture deep-hole machining and the difficult machine ability of TC4 material, the type of machining system and different geometric parameters of the drill bits are optimized and determined. According to the selected geometric parameters, the three-dimensional(3 D) modeling of the nest drill was performed, and the finite element(FE) software of ANSYS was used to analyze the position of the stress concentration of the bit and the modal frequency of the drill rod. Finally, combined with the results of finite element analysis(FEA), the deep-hole nesting test was conducted. The test results show that the inner wall of the processing hole has high precision and good chip evacuation, which provides effective tool geometric parameters and machining systems for large diameter deep hole nesting of TC4 titanium alloys.
