摘 要:为了实现摆线针轮减速器的快速结构优化,首先利用摆线轮的齿廓方程式对摆线轮建模,并对摆线针轮减速器的受力进行理论分析,得到摆线轮在运动过程中的受力情况。利用Creo2.0的Pro/toolkit工具以及Visual Studio2010对摆线针轮减速器进行参数化设计,提高工作效率。运用ANSYS软件对摆线轮与针轮的装配体进行有限元分析,借助摆线轮的参数化功能实现摆线轮的快速结构优化。参数化设计的方法有效地解决了对摆线轮结构优化时效率低的问题,为摆线针轮减速器其他零件结构优化提供了依据。In order to realize the rapid structure optimization of cycloidal pin gear reducer, the cycloidal gear is modeled with the tooth profile equation of cycloidal wheel firstly. The stress of cycloidal pin gear reducer was analyzed theoretically, and the force of the cycloidal gear in motion was obtained. Parametric design on cycloidal pin gear reducer was completed by using Creo2.0 Pro/toolkit tools and Visual Studio2010, which improved the work efficiency. The assembly of cycloidal wheel and pin gear was analyzed by ANSYS software and the rapid structure optimization of cycloidal wheel was realized by parameterization of cycloidal wheel The method of parameterized design effectively solves the problem of low efficiency in the optimization of cycloidal wheel structure, and provides the basis for the optimization of other parts of cycloid gear reducer.
