摘　　要：完善档案进馆工作评价方法,为档案进馆工作考核提供参考。基于文献调研、实践经验和专家访谈整理出初步评价指标,形成专家咨询问卷,并对20名专家进行两轮德尔菲专家咨询,构建核心档案进馆工作评价指标,并通过层次分析法确定各指标权重,建立一个基于7个一级指标和40个二级指标及权重的评价体系。Improve the evaluation criteria of archives entry work,and provide reference for the assessment of archives entry work.Based on literature research and practical experience,preliminary evaluation indicators are sorted out,expert consultation papers are formed,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation are conducted for 25 experts to construct evaluation indicators of core archives entry work.The weights of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and a weights based on seven first-level indicators and 39 second-level indicators are constructed.
