摘　　要：为了解公众对专业档案馆形象的认知和评价,从公众角度出发,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,构建专业档案馆形象评价指标体系。首先基于已有文献提出的评价指标,采用关键对象访谈法,抽取评价指标,初步构建专业档案馆形象评价指标体系;然后采用问卷调查和探索性因子分析方法进行检验,经修正和完善后,最终构建出包含7个一级指标,16个二级指标和50个三级指标的档案馆形象评价指标体系,丰富档案馆形象评价理论研究。In order to understand the user's perception and evaluation of the image of archives,from the perspective of user perception,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the evaluation index system of the image of archives is constructed.Firstly,based on the evaluation index proposed by the existing literature,the key object interview method is used to extract the evaluation index and preliminarily construct the evaluation index system of the image of archives.Then,we use questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis to test.After revision and improvement,we finally construct an evaluation index system of archives image,which includes 7 first-level indicators,16 secondlevel indicators and 50 third-level indicators,to provide reference for the evaluation of archives image.
