摘　　要：“地震文化”是人类与地震奋勇抗争的历史记录,承载着地震工作者开拓创新、不惧艰险、求真务实和坚守奉献的行业精神,凝聚着为人民谋幸福、谋安全的初心使命。传承“地震文化”,激发青年一代脚踏实地、专注学术、用科研创新支撑事业、引领发展的热忱,也推进研究所档案史料编研和利用工作,服务新时代防震减灾现代化建设,推动社会主义文化兴盛繁荣。"Earthquake culture"is a historical record of human and earthquake-resistant struggles.It carries the industry spirit of pioneering and innovating,not afraid of danger,truthseeking and pragmatism,and embodies the initial mission of seeking happiness and security for the people..Inheriting the"seismic culture",inspiring the young generation to downto-earth,focus on academics,support research with scientific research and innovation,and lead the development.It also promotes the research and utilization of the archives historical materials of the Institute,serves the modernization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the new era,and promotes the prosperity of socialist culture.prosperity.
