摘 要:餐厅是中小学校园功能板块中的重要构成部分,其空间属性与主要教学建筑之间存在明显差异,中学学校餐厅使用需求的普遍更新,对于餐厅的建筑设计提出了新的要求。文章以济宁海达行知学校中学部餐厅的建筑方案设计为例,在对其校园概况分析的基础上,围绕餐厅选址的步行可达性、餐厅空间的功能与经济适宜性、建筑形态与环境风貌的协调性3类主要设计问题,从座位周转率、就餐区面积指标、餐厨比3方面优化餐厅设计,提出了符合济宁海达行知学校中学部餐厅的适用性设计。The restaurant is an important part of primary and secondary school campus,and its spatial attribute is obviously different from the main teaching buildings.In recent years,with the general renewal of the demand for the use of restaurants in primary and secondary schools,new requirements have been put forward for the architectural design of restaurants.Taking the architectural design of dining hall in Haida Xingzhi Middle School in Jining as an example,based on the analysis of the general situation of its campus,this paper focuses on three main design problems,namely,the walking accessibility of the restaurant location,the function and economic suitability of the dining hall space,the coordination between the architectural form and the environment,from the turnover rate of seats and the dining area.The restaurant design was optimized from three aspects:seat turnover rate,dining area index and kitchen ratio,and the applicability design of the restaurant in the middle school of jining haida xingzhi school was proposed.
