高危型HPV检测联合TCT检查、阴道镜下宫颈活检对宫颈病变诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究高危型HPV检测与TCT检查、阴道镜下宫颈活检联合诊断宫颈病变的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年9月~2019年1月收治的90例宫颈病变患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各组45例。对照组实施TCT与阴道镜下宫颈活检,观察组实施高危型HPV检测与TCT、阴道镜下宫颈活检联合诊断方式。结果观察组诊断准确率为93.3%,对照组则为71.1%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈病变诊断中,实施高危型HPV检测与TCT检查、阴道镜下宫颈活检联合诊断可有效提高宫颈诊断效果,值得借鉴实施。Objective To study the value of combined diagnosis of cervical lesions by high-risk HPV detection,TCT examination and cervical biopsy under colposcope.Methods 90 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCT and colposcope cervical biopsy,while the observation group was treated with high-risk HPV test combined with TCT and colposcope cervical biopsy.Results The diagnostic accuracy was 93.3%in the observation group and 71.1%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical lesions,the combination of high-risk HPV detection,TCT examination and cervical biopsy under colposcope can effectively improve the cervical diagnosis effect,which is worthy of reference.
