摘 要:渤海湾中部油田储层胶结强度低,非均值性强,泥质和细粉砂含量较高,优质筛管独立防砂往往出现堵塞的情况,致使油井产能快速下降,严重阻碍了生产.为此,提出了疏松砂岩油藏砾石充填适度防砂技术,采用自行研制的大型防砂物理模拟实验装置,结合渤海中部油田储层特征(粒度中值137~182μm,均质系数18.3~35.4,泥质27%,小于44μm微粒含量21.5%~44.5%)和实际工况,进行了金属网布筛管+砾石充填的防砂物理模拟实验,系统评价了金属网布筛管120μm+砾石(20~40目)、金属网布筛管150μm+砾石(16~30目)、金属网布筛管200μm+砾石(10~30目)3种防砂体系下流通性能、挡砂性能和综合性能.实验结果表明:金属网布优质筛管+砾石充填复合防砂方式下筛管流通性能指标、挡砂性能指标以及综合指标都较高,适合作为渤海湾中部油田高泥质细粉砂岩油藏防砂方式.在适度防砂标准0.5‰的条件下,推荐防砂参数为200μm(金属网布优质筛管挡砂精度)+10~30目(砾石尺寸).The reservoir cement strength of the central oilfield in the Bohai Bay is low,the non-uniformity is strong,the muddy and fine sand content is high,and the high-quality screen independent sand control often appears to be blocked,resulting in a rapid decline in oil well productivity,which seriously hinders production.Amoderate sand control technology for gravel filling in loose sandstone reservoirs was proposed.The sand retaining physical simulation test under the condition of metal mesh screen and gravel filling was carried out by using the developed large-scale sand control physical simulation experimental device,based on the reservoir characteristics in the central Bohai oilfield,where the medium grain diameter was 137~182μm,the uniformity coefficient was 18.3~35.4,the muddy was 27%,the content of the particle(less than 44μm)was 21.55%~44.5%.The flow performance,sand retaining performance and comprehensive performance were evaluated under the conditions of the metal mesh screen(120μm)and gravel(20~40 mesh),the metal mesh cloth screen(150μm)and gravel(16~30 mesh),the metal mesh screen(200μm)and gravel(10~30 mesh).The experimental results show that the flow performance,sand retaining performance and comprehensive performance with the mesh screen and gravel-filled composite sand control method are all better which is suitable for the sand control screen type of high-slurry fine silt oil reservoir in the central Bohai Bay oilfield.Under the condition of moderate sand control standard 0.5‰,the recommended sand control parameter is 200μm(metal mesh high-quality screen sand retaining precision)and 10~30 mesh(gravel size).
