摘  要:立式集热板太阳能热气流发电系统(SCPPVC)空气涡轮机叶片数与其气动性能密切相关,利用Wilson设计方法,对该系统涡轮机叶片进行了初步设计,利用3 D打印技术完成了叶片制样,简介了风洞方法.据此,试验研究了叶片数对SCP-PVC系统空气涡轮机气动性能的影响.结果表明:以功率和风能利用系数为指标,涡轮机最佳叶片数以7片为宜;涡轮机输出功率与入口风速增加呈指数变化趋势,与涡轮机前后压差增大呈近似成线性关系.The number of blades of air turbine in solar chimney power plants with vertical collectors(SCPPVC)is closely related to its aerodynamic performance.By using Wilson design method,the preliminary design of turbine blades in SCPPVC was carried out.The blade sample preparation was completed by 3D printing technology,and the wind tunnel method was briefly introduced.Accordingly,the effect of blade number on the aerodynamic performance of air turbine in SCPPVC system was studied experimentally.The results show that the optimum number of turbine blades is 7 with the power and wind energy utilization coefficient as the index,and the output power and the inlet wind speed increase exponentially,which is approximately linear with the increase of pressure difference before and after the turbine.
