经椎间孔镜减压治疗腰椎间盘退行性变围术期护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨经椎间孔镜减压治疗腰椎间盘退行性变的围术期护理方法及临床效果。方法 选择2016年5月至2017年8月在河北省唐山市第二医院接受经椎间孔镜减压治疗的腰椎间盘退行性变患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。观察组患者采用围术期护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理方法进行护理干预,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、护理满意度情况,并采用改良Macnab疗效评定标准评估两组患者的治疗有效率。结果 观察组的手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,护理满意率(91.30%)明显高于对照组(71.74%),治疗有效率明显优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 对腰椎间盘退行性变患者采用围术期护理干预可有效缩短手术时间及住院时间,并提高护理满意率。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing method and clinical effect of intervertebral foramen decompression in the treatment of lumbar disc degeneration.Method 92 patients with lumbar disc degeneration who received intervertebral foraminal decompression treatment in the second hospital of tangshan city,hebei province from May 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random data table method,with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative nursing intervention,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention.The operation time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic efficiency of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the improved Macnab efficacy evaluation standard.Result The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=15.686,P=0.001).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and length of stay in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05),while the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(91.30%)was higher than that in the control group(71.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention for degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc disease patients can effectively improve the index of the patients and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
