摘 要:固体推进剂的枪击试验是评价固体推进剂及装药在受到枪击的情况下,是否发生燃烧、爆炸及爆轰等剧烈反应的重要试验方法。采用LS-Dyna有限元仿真软件研究了枪击试验推进剂的反应过程,并采用12.7 mm枪击试验验证了LS-Dyna的计算结果。结果表明,以点火增长模型、Johnson-Cook本构模型和Gruneisen状态方程分别赋予推进剂、子弹及推进剂壳体,计算结果表明,推进剂发生明显的燃烧反应,且推进剂燃烧在壳体内部产生的压力显著增大。采用12.7 mm枪击试验验证的试验结果表明,推进剂装药在12.7 mm子弹以约850 m/s速度撞击下,推进剂发生燃烧,此结果与模拟结果相一致。The bullet impact test of the solid propellants is an important experimental evaluating method of their vulnerability by looking at the level of responses,such as combustion,explosion,and detonation during the impact process.In this paper,the reaction process of the bullet impact test of propellant has been studied by Ls-Dyna finite element simulation software,and the calculation results were verified by the 12.7 mm bullet impact test.The propellant,bullet and propellant shell are given by the ignition growth model,Johnson-Cook constitutive model and Gruneisen state equation, respectively.The calculation results show that the propellant has obvious igniting reaction and the detonation pressure is significantly increased.The experiment results verified by the 12.7 mm bullet impact test show that the propellant charge undergo explosion at a velocity of about 850 m/s with 12.7 mm bullet,and the result is consistent with the simulation results.
