伏岩煤业重复采动巷道顶板失稳机理及控制技术

摘  要:伏岩煤业3204辅助运输巷设计留巷作为3206工作面的回风巷,但是其在一次采动影响下出现明显的失稳变形,通过现场矿压观测分析认为,3204辅助运输巷主要失稳形式为顶板下沉,设计采用锚索对距离停采线1200m范围内的巷道顶板进行补强支护,现场应用及围岩位移观测结果表明,3204辅助运输巷在3204工作面采动影响下围岩的变形量明显减小,顶底板相对移近量最大约16.0cm,平均约12.0cm,能够满足留巷作为3206工作面回风巷的断面要求。FuYan mining auxiliary transport gateway design for 3204 as a 3206 working face in return air along the trough,but its in a mining under the influence of apparent buckling deformation,through the mineral pressure observation,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis methods such as research,3204 auxiliary transport gateway main form of instability for roof subsidence,design the anchor cable to distance stop line 1 200 m within the scope of the reinforcing supporting of roadway roof,field application and observation results show that the displacement of surrounding rock,3204 auxiliary transport gateway in 3204 working face mining deformation of surrounding rock under the influence of significantly reduced,The maximum relative displacement of roof and floor is about 16.0 cm,and the average is about 12.0 cm,which can meet the section requirements of air return roadway on the 3206 working face.
