摘 要:采用UF/RO工艺,进行深度处理聚合物驱采油废水试验研究.结果表明:在不同进水水质条件下,预处理出水水质稳定,含油量、悬浮物和浊度可以保证后续反渗透过程进水要求,聚合物和COD的去除效果也比较理想.反渗透膜对各种污染物质的去除效果明显,悬浮物、石油类均控制在0.5mg/L以下,聚合物去除率在96%以上,总矿化度控制在300mg/L以下,脱盐率在97%以上,电导率稳定在350μm/cm左右,出水中各种离子去除效果良好.该工艺出水满足含聚采油污水配制聚合物回注原地层水质要求.A pilot-scale trial for oil-field wastewater treatment was conducted by the combination of pre-treatment and reverse osmosis (RO). The pre-treatment unit achieved stable effluent water qualities under different influent characteristics, and the oil content, suspended solids (SS) and turbidity can basically satisfy the requirements of influent water qualities for the subsequent RO process. Further more, it can also have the effective removal for polymer and COD. The pollutants were significantly removed by RO process with below 0.5mg/L of both SS and oil content, 96% of polymer removal, below 300mg/L of total mineralization, 97% of desalination, about 350μm/cm of conductivity and efficient removal for all kinds of ions in water. The final effluent of this system can be used to synthesize the polymer solution and re-injected back to the oil-ground.
