摘 要:煤炭是我国国民经济发展中的一种重要能源,但其交易过程中存在着交易双方不协调的问题,其环保问题也日益受到社会各界的关注。针对当前煤炭交易市场的不足,本文从中介角度出发,设计了考虑碳排放的煤炭供需匹配流程,通过分析煤炭供需匹配的特征,确定煤炭运输过程中的碳排放量计算方法,依据信息公理设计理论,建立煤炭供需双方匹配程度最高和碳排放量最低的低碳供需匹配模型,并通过算例验证了方法的合理性和有效性。Coal is an important energy source in the development of China’s national economy.However,there are many problems in the transaction process that are uncoordinated between the two parties,and environmental protection issues are receiving more and more attention from all walks of life.In view of the shortcomings of the current coal trading market,from the perspective of intermediary,the coal supply and demand matching process considering carbon emission is designed.By analyzing the characte-ristics of coal supply and demand matching,the calculation method of carbon emission in coal transportation process is determined.According to the information axiom design theory,a low-carbon supply-demand matching model with the highest matching degree and the lowest carbon emission of coal supply and demand is established,and the rationality and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.
