摘　　要：本研究使用Tonello G1 70 EV 染色机对纯棉成衣进行硫化染料染色,不同染色工艺影响染色结果。实验表明,不同染色工艺所获得的匀染性、织物强力不同,且染色舱体空气的体积对化学助剂的使用量和染色效果有较大的影响。采用氮氛环境染色可获得较好的实验结果,在一定程度上降低化学助剂用量。This article mainly discussed the effect of different dyeing processes on the dyeing results using Tonello G1 70 EV dyeing machine dyed pure cotton garments with sulfur dyes. The results showed that levelness and strength of the fabric obtained by different dyeing processes were different, and the volume of air in the dyeing cabin had a great influence on chemical additives dosage and dyeing effect. Good results can be obtained by dyeing in nitrogen atmosphere, and the amount of chemical additives can be reduced to a certain extent.
