摘  要:地面三维热振试验能够有效模拟飞行器自由飞状态时的真实载荷环境,因此三维热振试验技术的研究尤为关键。设计并搭建了一种能够同时满足结构刚度、传力以及具备长时间隔热特性的三维防热振动试验系统;依据三维防热振动连接系统几何模型及试验状态建立其结构有限元模型,并根据试验结果对有限元模型的连接边界进行多次设置和调试,通过对试验及模态仿真结果分析,确定了三轴铰接振动边界具体连接形式,证明此种边界连接形式能够最大限度的模拟产品在天上的自由飞行状态。调研并验证了接触式高温加速度传感器性能,并对高温区及常温区的三维控制方式进行了对比研究,在国内首次突破了采用高温加速度传感器在高温区进行多维振动试验控制的技术难题,并在国内率先实现了三维热振试验的有效工程应用。The ground 3-D thermal vibration tests can effectively simulate the actual load environment when an aircraft is flying freely, so studying 3-D thermal vibration test technique is particularly critical. Here, a 3-D test system of anti-heat vibration simultaneously satisfying structural stiffness, force transmission and long-term thermal insulation features was designed and constructed. According to the geometric model of the 3-D anti-heat vibration connection system and test conditions, the system’s finite element model was established. The finite element model’s connection boundary was set and adjusted for several times according to test results. Through analyzing test and modal simulation results, the specific connection form of the 3-axis hinged vibration boundary was determined. It was shown that this boundary connection form can simulate a product’s free flight state in sky to the utmost extent. The performance of a contact type high temperature acceleration sensor was studied and verified. 3-D control modes within high temperature zone and normal temperature one were studied contrastively. The technical problem to perform multi-dimensional vibration test control in high temperature zones using high temperature acceleration sensors was broken through in China for the first time to realize effective engineering application of 3-D thermal vibration test technique in China.
