摘  要:尽量降低成本,增大利润空间,在满足干式防渗料技术要求的前提下,验证加大石英砂、粘土加入量,引入36焦宝石生料的可行性。通过密度堆积试验、抗渗透试验及烧后体积变化试验。结果显示:添加焦宝石生料对干式防渗料的高温性能影响较大,在高温时由于碳酸盐、硫酸盐的分解,造成试样鼓胀、疏松,导致体积密度下降和强度降低,生产过程中应当慎重;采用45焦宝石的配比,试样体积密度、抗渗透率较好,表层形成一薄层霞石层,有效阻止了进一步的渗透;在使用45焦宝石时,石英砂和粘土加入量在满足SiO2含量在51%~59%、Al2O3+SiO2含量≥80%,尽量使基质部分的Al2O3/SiO2接近于0.85的前提下可增加加入量。In order to reduce the cost and increase the profit margin as much as possible, the feasibility of introducing 36 hard clay into quartz sand and clay was verified on the premise of meeting the technical requirements of dry impermeable material. Through density accumulation test, permeability test and volume change test after burning. The results show that the addition of hard clay has a great influence on the high temperature performance of dry impermeable material. At high temperature, the decomposition of carbonate and sulphate results in swelling and loosening of the sample, resulting in the decrease of bulk density and strength, and caution should be taken in the production process. The volume density and permeability of the sample are better when the ratio of 45 coke stone is used, and a thin nepheline layer is formed on the surface of the sample, which is effective. It prevents further penetration;when 45 carbide is used, the addition amount of quartz sand and clay can be increased under the premise that the content of SiO 2 is between 51% and 59%, the content of AlO 3 + SiO 2 is more than 80%, and the content of AlO 3/SiO 2 in matrix is close to 0.85 as far as possible.
