摘　　要：结合天津钢管公司90t钢包的使用环境,分析了钢包口整体浇注工艺实施的必要性。通过整体浇注工艺,降低了生产成本,提高了钢包运行的安全性。Combined with the use environment of 90 t steel ladle of Tianjin Steel Pipe Company, the necessity of the overall pouring process of steel bag port was analyzed. Through the overall pouring process, the production cost is reduced and the safety of steel package operation is improved.
