摘　　要：随着中国企业“走出去”步伐不断的加速,海外投资合作的风险也不可避免地在增加,需要企业重视规避和转移风险,做好相关的风险控制。本文对中国企业境外投资存在的问题和风险进行了分析,并结合失败案例,探讨了加强风险识别,提出了相应对策和防范措施。With the accelerating pace of Chinese enterprises investing abroad, the risks of overseas investment and cooperation are inevitably increasing. Enterprises have to focus on risk aversion,transfer and control. This paper analyses the problems and risks existing in overseas investment of Chinese companies, discusses the methods of strengthening risk identification with failure cases, and carries out the corresponding countermeasures and preventive measures.
