摘 要:结合几内亚旱季高温干燥、雨季多雨的特点,在苏阿皮蒂水电站工程大坝快速筑坝技术的研究与探索中,采用了可振可碾碾压混凝土施工技术,自卸汽车直接入仓及斜层碾压技术,辉绿岩人工砂中石粉作为掺合料替代部分粉煤灰,矩形廊道施工技术,溢流坝段碾压混凝土与常态混凝土同步施工技术等。这些技术的研究应用,实现了大坝连续、快速施工,混凝土的年度最大浇筑170万m^3、日浇筑1.1万m^3、平均月强度超20万m^3的记录,保证了工程质量和工期。Considering the specific climate conditions in Guinea such as the high temperature in dry seasons and abundant rainfall in rainy seasons, several rapid and efficient construction techniques are adopted in the roller compacted concrete (RCC) gravity dam in Souapiti Hydropower Project, including the vibrable and compactable RCC construction technique, direct dumping of concrete with trucks and inclined layer rolling technique, diabase stone powder as the admixture to replace part of the fly ash, rectangular gallery construction technique, and the synchronous construction of RCC and normal concrete in overflow dam sections.Practice shows that the quality and time schedule of the project are successfully ensured by these techniques.A continuous and rapid construction of the dam is realized, as the maximum annual concrete pouring intensity of 1.7 million m^3, maximum daily intensity of 11,000 m^3, and the average monthly intensity of over 200,000 m^3.
