摘 要:以武汉洪湖地区某工程为实例,精心研究与探索了一种灌注桩浇筑期间断桩处理的装置及方法。采用特制堵头与端头导管的自由端密封连接,在堵头与端头导管内腔之间形成密封腔体,堵头上端还与钢丝绳固定连接。发生断桩时,将导管整体插入到灌注桩内的未干混凝土中适当深度,松开钢丝绳,堵头与端头导管分离,恢复混凝土灌注,从而实现了高效率、低成本的断桩接桩施工。The treatment of broken cast-in-place piles during casting period is a difficult problem. A novel treatment method and corresponding device are developed,in which a special plug is placed at the free end of the casting pipe to seal the pipe and hold by wire ropes. When pile breakage occurs,the whole casting pipe is inserted into the unsolidified concrete at an appropriate depth. Then,the plug is separated from the casting pipe by loosening the wire ropes. The concrete casting can thus be resumed. Practical application shows that the proposed method is an efficient and low cost treatment technique for broken cast-in-place piles during casting period.
