摘  要:为研究马鹿茸血管系统的解剖学特征,试验采集塔里木马鹿二茬茸作为材料,利用ABS(丙烯晴、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物)丙酮溶液作为灌注剂,制作了鹿茸血管系统的灌注标本。标本显示鹿茸皮下分布着丰富的血管系统,粗大的动脉血管沿着茸皮的最内层分布,经由骨膜向鹿茸顶端和内部延伸;在鹿茸的间充质、软骨和骨组织中形成小动脉;进而分枝形成大量的毛细血管网。血液从鹿茸顶端的间充质区和周围的小动脉向下向内汇入到前软骨、软骨的毛细血管网和骨化带的髓窦,然后通过静脉汇集系统经小静脉回到皮下血管层。本试验利用ABS灌注方式首次研究了鹿茸血管系统的解剖学特征,为鹿茸生长机制及人类骨组织的损伤修复以及再生医学的研究提供了理论依据。To study the anatomical characteristics of the antler vascular system, the Tarim red deer antler was collected, and the ABS (a propylene, butadiene and styrene terpolymer) acetone solution was used as a perfusion agent to make the antler vascular system specimen. The specimens showed that there were abundant vascular systems in the subcutaneous distribution of velvet, and the thick arterial vessels were distributed along the innermost layer of antler skin, extending to the top and interior of velvet antler through periosteum, and forming arterioles in the mesenchyma, cartilage and bone tissue of velvet antler. And then branch to form a large number of capillary networks. Blood flows downward from the interfilling area at the top of velvet antler and the surrounding arterioles into the anterior cartilage, the capillary network of cartilage and the medulla sinus of the ossification zone. In this experiment, the characteristics of antler vascular system were studied by ABS perfusion method for the first time, which had theoretical basis for the growth mechanism of antler and the damage repair of human bone tissue and the research of regenerative medicine.
