摘  要:以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)为载体,FeCl3·6H2O、CoCl2·6H2O为前驱体制备三种不同催化剂Fe3O4@MWCNT、Co3O4@MW-CNT、CoFe2O4@MWCNT。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、BET等手段对制备的催化剂进行表征。以商品化Pt/C为参照,对各催化剂的电催化活性及稳定性进行测试,结果表明:CoFe2O4@MWCNT在通入氧气、50mV/s的扫描速度下循环伏安曲线中出现了明显的还原峰;在扫描速度为10mV/s、转速为1600rpm的LSV曲线中催化剂CoFe2O4@MWCNT具有较高电流密度-5mA·cm^-2,在催化ORR反应过程中近似为4e-体系。因此制备的CoFe2O4@MWCNT催化剂具有优异的电催化性能及稳定性,并且为新型阴极催化剂的开发奠定了基础。Three different catalysts, Fe 3 O 4 @MWCNT、Co 3 O 4 @MWCNT、CoFe 2 O 4 @MWCNT were prepared using multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) as carriers and FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O and CoCl 2 ·6H 2 O as precursor. The catalysts were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and BET. With commercial Pt/C as reference, the electrocatalytic activity and stability of the catalysts were tested, The results showed that the CoFe 2 O 4 @MWCNT has obvious reduction peak in cyclic voltammetry curves at 50 mV/sand oxygen condition. The CoFe 2 O 4 @MWCNT had a high current density of -5 mA·cm ^-2 in the LSV curve with a scanning speed of 10 mV/s , 1 600 rpm and is approximately 4e-system in the ORR reaction. Therefore, the prepared CoFe 2 O 4 @MWCNT catalyst has excellent electrocatalytic performance and sability, and lays a foundation for the development of new cathode catalysts.
