摘 要:上海市属于亚热带季风气候区,夏季较为湿热,住宅在夏季的自然通风尤为重要.利用CFD软件,对同一住宅楼的同一楼层的不同位置对称布局的两个户型进行对比研究,基于风速、温度对两个户型的自然通风状况进行了比较分析,得到在南风情况下,两个户型的自然通风环境差异不大;在东南风情况下,A户型的自然通风环境要明显优于B户型的结论.利用计算数值分析方法可以使设计者对户型的通风状况有所了解,为住宅户型的设计策略提供借鉴和参考.As Shanghai belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone,it is humid and hot in summer.The natural ventilation of the houses in summer is particularly important.By using CFD software,this paper makes a comparative study of two units of symmetrical layout in different positions on the same floor of the same residential building,and makes a comparative analysis of the natural ventilation condition of the two units based on wind speed and temperature.The results show that in the case of south wind,there is no significant difference in the natural ventilation environment between the two houses.In the case of southeast wind,the natural ventilation environment of house A is obviously superior to that of house B.The numerical analysis method is helpful for the designers to know more about the ventilation condition of the house and provide reference for the design strategy of the house.
