摘  要:随着生命科学的快速发展,生物产业领域的人才需求愈加旺盛。但是高校传统的重理论、轻实践的教学方式忽视了对学生综合运用能力的培养,难以培养出生物行业和企业需要的人才。将"双真教学"模式引入《生物工程下游技术》课程,将生物企业的生产实例和研发案例融入到教学中,将理论知识与实践技能相结合,培养应用型高水平生物技术人才。With the rapid development of life science, the demand for talents in biological industry becomes more and more vigorous. However, the traditional college education often neglects the cultivation of students’ comprehensive application ability. It is difficult for traditional teaching in universities to cultivate talents needed by biological industry and enterprises. This project introduced combination of simulation teaching with real teaching into downstream technology of biotechnology course, which integrated the production examples of biological enterprises into teaching and combined the theoretical knowledge with practical skills, so as to cultivate application-oriented high-level talents.
